Man wanted in attempted murder in Fields Landing

FIELDS LANDING, CA. – The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in a stabbing in Fields Landing.

23-year-old Lee Allen Conoboy allegedly stabbed a man during a fight.

At the hospital, the victim told deputies he and Conoboy were at a residence on the 6000 block of West Avenue.

At about 10PM Wednesday, the victim says they started verbally fighting and Conoboy stabbed him.

The victims wound to his torso was non-life threatening.

Deputies are now asking the public to be on the lookout for Conoboy – he’s about 6’1’’, 135 pounds, with short dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.

Conoboy could possibly be armed, so do not approach him.
