PACIFIC COAST- In the beginning of January, we caught up with two men walking from Los Angeles to Seattle to raise money and awareness for amputees.  We are happy to report they have arrived safely in Seattle.

After Jeremiah Ray’s older sister, Rebecca Ray, had to have her right leg amputated from above the knee in early 2012, he decided to do a fundraising walk for her.  He and his friend Gustavo Krause participated in “Footsteps For Febecca,” a fundraising walk from L.A. to Seattle.  The walk started on November 24th and was organized by Jeremiah Ray.  Their goals were to spread awareness for people living with amputations and to raise money for the amputee coalition.  They raised more than $3,500 so far.
