MYERS FLAT- Humboldt County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Myers Flat man accused of assaulting his neighbor with the barrel of a firearm.
46 year old James Bull was taken into custody just after 1 p.m. Monday. According to the Sheriff's Office, Bull allegedly shattered the windshield of his neighbor's vehicle on the 100 block of Kelsey Lane in Myers Flat Sunday night. He then pointed a firearm at the victim. Bull allegedly hit the victim with the gun before fleeing the scene.
He was located and arrested at a home on the 10000 block of Dyerville Loop Road on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. His bail is set at $100,000.
