Myers Flat man wanted for assault with a deadly weapon found

Myers Flat - A Myers Flat man wanted by authorities for alleged assault with a deadly weapon is now in custody.

Just before 8 last night, 46-year-old James Bull allegedly got into an argument with his neighbor on the 10-thousand block of Dyerville Loop Road. The victim said Bull threw an object at the victim’s vehicle, breaking the windshield. He then pulled out a firearm.

Bull and the victim struggled over the gun before the suspect fled on foot with the weapon. The victim sustained moderate injuries.

Just after 1 this afternoon, deputies located Bull at a residence near the 10,000 block of Dyerville Loop Road. He was taken into custody and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. Bail was set at $100,000.
