In Klamath, getting around the area will now cost you only $1.00. The Yurok Tribe is introducing their new Dial-A-Ride transit service.
Beginning Monday, the Yurok Tribal Transit Service will provide a new transportation option for community members in the Klamath area. The transit vehicle is an eight-passenger van and will provide service to all residents in and around Klamath, including services to Crescent City.
This new service is funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation through the Federal Transit Authority.
For the Dial-A-Ride service and for more information about location and pick-up times, just call the Yurok Tribal Transit service at 482-0731.
