New wildlife inclusion fence at Murray Field Airport
HUMBOLDT COUNTY- At Murray Field Airport crews is in the process of installing a wildlife exclusion fence. The Federal Aviation Administration is asking airports to come up a plan after the commercial airline that crashed into the Hudson River back in 2009 in New York. All together including the design, electrical wiring for the lights, and the installation of the fence, the project is costing around 1 million dollars. Airport officials said they hope to have the projected wrapped by February of next year.
