NORTH COAST- A Redding man is arrested after allegedly leading the California Highway Patrol on a vehicle pursuit on State Route 299.  A Eureka man is arrested on Humboldt Hill for allegedly stealing a vehicle.  The mayor of Eureka shares his thoughts on the violence in the city during 2014.  Twenty-four arrests have been made so far in the Avoid the 8 Anti-DUI Campaign.  Power is back on for 221 Loleta residents following an outage caused by a vehicle striking a power pole.  The Humboldt Bay Harbor District puts a porta potty back up in Samoa after taking it down due to citizen complaints.  Also, the City of Eureka is working to beautify the south entrance to town.
