NORTH COAST- Some Carlotta residents work together to rebuild two areas of roadway destroyed in last month's flooding. Officials with Pacific Gas and Electric release the cause of Saturday's power outage which left Bayshore Mall and some businesses along Broadway in the dark. Motorists in Eureka could have to slow down if the city council approves a proposal to lower the speed limit on 14 different city roads. Local home-based businesses were on display at an expo in Fortuna. Also, low income homeowners on the North Coast have the chance to get free or low cost solar panels installed on their houses.
