EUREKA- Students from a North Coast elementary school got into the spirit of Halloween today and showed off their costumes during a school-wide parade. It is a tradition at Washington Elementary School where kindergartens through fifth grade students dress up in their best costumes and parade around the school playground. Family and friends line up as the students pass by and at the end they all dance to what they call the "Monster Mash," led by school staff and the older students. School officials believe it is a tradition that brings together both families and the community.
Do you think the Samoa development project should move forward?
