Phil Light is a travel nurse for St. Joseph Hospital and he got the idea off of YouTube. Get some projection equipment, figure out the video side of things and let ‘er fly. It takes him three or four hours of set up to get it working properly. He ran it for an hour or so a few days ago and tonight was his evening of performance. It got some rave reviews for people passing by. His landlords think it’s pretty cool as well. So, if some evening you’re ever driving by where Walnut Drive dead ends into the reservoir, look for the lights. Maybe they'll be up. You won’t be disappointed
