PETA offers reward for information on Dinsmore dogs
Dinsmore- Animal rights organization, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect involved with shooting and hanging two dogs west of Dinsmore.
PETA is offering $2000 for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects.
The two dogs were found by a Caltrans worker shot dead in the head and hanging by their rear legs next to hwy 36 on May 20th. Next to the dogs was a sign that read "All Stray Dogs Will Die."
The suspect faces two counts of felony animal cruelty, which can be punishable by time in a state prison. Anyone with information can contact the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office at 707-445-7251.
