EUREKA- Before 9 a.m. Wednesday morning in Eureka, Humboldt Bay Fire responded to a report of a structure fire on the 3400 block of Montgomery Street.
Fire officials confirm there was no structure fire when they arrived, but a power line had fell down and was still energized. It initially landed on a home, but was on the ground when crews arrived. PG&E crews de-energized the power line less than an hour later. One home lost power due to the downed line.
