Prescription meds for sale and stolen property located inside Eureka home
EUREKA- A 64-year-old has been arrested for allegedly selling prescription medication and having stolen property inside his home. Complaints of foot traffic in and out of the home led Eureka Police to serve a search warrant on the 100 block of 2nd Street Wednesday.
Patrick Dale Berg was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales and, police said, will be charged for Possession of Stolen Property when the investigation is completed.
Detectives allegedly found large amounts of narcotic prescription medications which they believe were to be used for illegal street sales. Police said the stolen property at the home is from several local theft cases.
