Property owner holds one at gunpoint while waiting for deputies
BLOCKSBURG- A man was arrested yesterday near Blocksburg after being held at gunpoint by a property owner.
After falling victim to several thefts in the past, a citizen on the 35000 block of Alderpoint road took things into his own hands when he saw two men walking on his property. Just before 10:30 Thursday morning, the citizen held one suspect at gunpoint until sheriff’s deputies arrived, but the other man was able to get away. Although no actual theft did occur, after a search of the suspects’ car, 25-year-old Brendon Busskohl was arrested for possession of ammunition, an illegal high capacity magazine, meth and drug paraphernalia. His bail is set at $25,000.
