Psychiatrists to examine Gary Bullock's mental state
EUREKA- The man accused of murdering a Saint Bernard’s priest in January of last year appeared in court on Tuesday, where he pled not guilty to a carjacking charge.
Also at the hearing, Judge Feeney selected three out of area psychiatrists to give an opinion on Bullock’s mental state, as the defense recently pled not guilty by reason of insanity. Bullock’s will next appear in court for a trial setting review on March 26th. Judge Feeney said he estimates the trial will begin this fall, because that’s when he believes all of the preliminary hearings will be finished.
