Ray's Food Place in Eureka closing its doors

Ray's Food Place in Eureka is closing.

C & K Market Inc. confirmed to News Channel Three today that store next to the Bayshore Mall has been bought. They couldn’t go into details on what company purchased the building and when it will officially close, but did say that they are currently holding a store-closing sale at the location.

Those passing by will see signs plastered on every window of the building. C & K Market Inc. said no other stores in Humboldt County are being sold or will close.

The chain has stores in Fortuna, Arcata, McKinleyville, Willow Creek and Hoopa. The Crescent City location was closed back in February.
