Second victim dies after DUI collision on Highway 36
EASTERN HUMBOLDT- A second victim has died following a DUI traffic collision on State Route 36 Saturday night.
21 year old Savannah Kiana Kindred of Capitola was pronounced dead at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Kindred was ejected from a Toyota Tacoma just after 10:30 p.m. when the vehicle collided with a tree and rolled down an embankment.
Kendra Lewis from Blue Lake died on scene.
The driver, Kade Chandler, is being charged with felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
