Sentencing postponed again for former pastor accused of lewd acts with minor
EUREKA- The sentencing for a 90-year-old former pastor who has plead not guilty to lewd acts with a child has been postponed an additional time by a Humboldt County Superior Court Judge. On Friday, Judge Christopher G. Wilson announced that he will wait two additional weeks before making his decision.
Donald Vincent Fregeau, Sr. was arrested in June of last year after turning himself into Fortuna Police. He faces 16 years in jail for three counts; one for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of fourteen and then two molestation counts.
Judge Wilson said the court would make it's ruling on May 9th.
