Sentencing for Vincent Sanchez continued to January
EUREKA- The sentencing has been continued for the man who pled guilty to killing two people in Eureka back in March.
In October, Vincent Sanchez pled guilty to killing his half brother, 25-year-old Lance Henry, and 60-year-old Richard Storre. He also pled guilty to using a firearm in the commission of a felony. Sanchez could serve 40 years to life with the possibility of parole after 40 years. His time served does not county towards his sentence. Sanchez’s defense requested a continuance of Monday’s sentencing because his attorney could not attend. That request was granted and the sentencing will now be held on January 9th.
