Sheriff's walk away inmate in custody; Other at-large

EUREKA- One of the two inmates who walked away from a Humboldt County Sheriff's work crew is back in custody.

Brian McSilvers was spotted in Eureka Friday by a detective with the Eureka Police Department. He was senn walking near 2nd and Q street after 1 p.m.

Two uniformed officers were dispatched to the area to locate McSilvers. He was taken into custody without incident.

He and Brian Henry walked away from the work crew on October 16. Henry is still at large.
