William Flores is now facing gang allegations in connection to a recent homicide at the Royal Inn Motel.
Flores was arrested Wednesday night by Eureka Police. He was wanted for the stabbing death of Joshua Burrell, who was found wounded in the parking lot of the motel. He later died at a local hospital.
Friday in a Humboldt County Court his bail was set at 1.5 million dollars. He was arraigned on one count of murder, adding the special allegation that its believed to be a gang related act.
No plea was entered, as his arraignment was continued to next week.
