Stolen property recovered inside Eureka apartment

From the Eureka Police Department:
On 05/27/14 at about 4:08 p.m. officers responded to the 1100 block of J street for the report of a female assault victim.  Officers arrived on scene and contacted an uncooperative female victim who stated that an unknown subject assaulted her and took her purse.  Officers learned that the possible suspect fled into a nearby apartment on the 1100 block of J street. 
Officers conducted a probation search of the apartment and found four subjects inside and the victims purse.  All four subjects were uncooperative and arrested for possession of stolen property and other charges. 
1.       Thomas Joaquin Frank, 36 of Eureka arrested for PC496(a) and PC148(a)(1), PC3000.08(c)
2.       Chelsey Lynn Pratt, 29 of Eureka arrested for PC496(a), PC148(a)(1), and PC1203.2(a)
3.       Michale Brandon Grant, 31 of Eureka arrested for PC496(a) and PC148(a)(1)
4.       Xococ Starr Hayden, 22 of Eureka arrested for PC496(a), PC148(a)(1), and PC1203.2(a)
