The man accused of striking a U.S. Forest Service Officer with his vehicle last month on Highway 36 has been identified.
Detectives with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office are in the process of requesting a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Eureka resident Silverio Sanchez.
