EUREKA- Testimony is complete for the case of double murder suspect Bodhi Tree. Closing arguments are set to begin on Thursday and the jury will begin deliberation immediately after.
Opening arguments began in June, with both the prosecution and defense calling numerous witnesses. In court, prosecutors have painted Tree out to be a dangerous and angry person, while his defense has made the case that he wasn't responsible at all for the crimes
Tree was arrested in May of last year for the murder of two in Arcata, Alan Marcet and 18-year-old eureka high senior Christina Scwarz. He is also charged with the attempted murder of Rhett August in Eureka a few days prior.
If convicted Tree could face life in prison
