Three arrested in alleged Loleta drug house
LOLETA- Three people have been arrested following neighbor’s complaints about alleged drug trafficking at a Loleta home.
Humboldt County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a probation search Tuesday on the 200 block of Bernard street. The department received numerous calls regarding the residence of Danny Lopez.
At the home, deputies allegedly found one pound of marijuana, a gram of suspected methamphetamine, a stun gun, scales and syringes.
Lopez was arrested along with Shannon Fortress, who lived at the home, and Jennifer Wright who was reportedly visiting.
All three were arrested on multiple charges and are being held on bail. Lopez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, violation of probation, possession of illicit drugs and possession of over one ounce of marijuana. Wright was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant and for possession of illicit drugs. Fortress was arrested for possession of illicit drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of over an ounce of marijuana.
Lopez’s bail was set at $45,000.00, Wright’s bail was set at $75,000.00 and Fortress’s bail was set at $25,000.00.
