Trinidad working to regulate vacation rentals: Special Meeting Wednesday
TRINIDAD- The city of Trinidad is holding a special meeting on Wednesday, to further discuss the Vacation Dwelling Unit Ordinance. The city is considering regulating the number of vacation units allowed within the city, parking restrictions, and tenant capacity. Currently there are over twenty-five vacation rentals within city limits. City Manager, Karen Suiker said that figure is large in a town the size of Trinidad.
The meeting will start at 4 p.m. at the Trinidad Town Hall.
