Two wanted for crime spree

Law enforcement agencies throughout Humboldt County are looking for two suspects who allegedly have been on a crime spree.

Last night Monday afternoon, a couple who was threatened with pepper spray at the K-mart parking lot in McKinleyville.

Lance Borgner and Christina Higgins are wanted for chasing the two victims after they tried to get away. Borgner and Higgins allegedly chased the couple to Arcata and rammed their vehicle with a white Silverado pick up truck before the victims found shelter at the Arcata police department.

Now authorities allege Borgner and Higgins are also involved in a high speed chase with eureka police on Sunday.
