Warren pleads not guilty to special allegation charges, lying in wait and torture
EUREKA- Double-homicide suspect Jason Warren was back in court Monday afternoon and pled not guilty to two special allegation charges.
Warren is the man accused of murdering Hoopa woman Dorothy Ulrich inside of her home Sept. 2013 and then allegedly running down three joggers on Myrtle Ave. the same morning, killing former HSU Instructor Suzanne Seemann.
Earlier this month Warren was held to answer on two counts of murder, and two counts of attempted murder after a weeklong preliminary hearing. He pled not guilty to two special allegation charges of lying in wait and torture. Warren waived time for a trial within a 60-day period and will be back in court on March 4 when we could then learn his trial date.
