Water Heater Burglary at Renner Petroleum Property
SCOTIA – A water heater was stolen from the Renner Petroleum Property Wednesday. An employee told sheriff deputies that two suspects entered the property around 1:10 a.m.. The suspects gained entrance to an on site bathroom and one suspect removed a small water heater from a sink. The employee said the suspect must have had electrical experience as there was no damage to the wall and the wires were taped off like an electrician.
The Renner employee reviewed surveillance footage of the burglary and provided photos of the two suspects, both white adult males. Anyone with information is asked to call the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office at 707-445-7251.
