MIRANDA- Authorities are searching for two armed robbery suspects out of Southern Humboldt County.
It happened on Wednesday at about 7 p.m. A man who works for a trucking company based out of Windsor reported to the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday that he drove to the Salmon Creek exit off Highway 101 in Miranda to deliver soil to a customer. He says after the delivery, he was robbed at gunpoint for an un-disclosed amount of money by two suspects, who then broke his phone. The man drove back to Windsor before reporting the robbery to the sheriff’s office on Thursday.
Both suspects are reportedly 30 years old. One of them is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 175 lbs. The other suspect is described as being a white male, weighing 220 lbs. Both suspects have dreadlocks.
