PHILLIPSVILLE: A man got in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend and was stabbed with a pitchfork.
Law enforcement say the incident took place on Saturday April 19th just before 2 in the afternoon. Sheriff’s Deputies got a call of a stabbing that occurred in the 400-block of Phillipsville Loop Road in Phillipsville. A 66-year old victim was bleeding from a stab wound to his arm. He told the investigating deputy he got into an argument with his girlfriend, 45-year old Paula Sue Darling. Darling allegedly grabbed an ax and the victim kicked it out of her hand. She then grabbed a pitchfork and stabbed at his torso. The victim put his arm up to protect himself and that is when his forearm was injured. He declined medical attention.
Deputies checked the area but could not find Darling. She is described as a white female, 5’5” tall, 145 pounds with strawberry blond hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department at:
