Four arrested in drug bust in Eureka


EUREKA – Four people are arrested on drug charges in a Eureka motel and fast food parking lot.

Special agents yesterday obtained a search warrant at a motel room located on the 11-hundred block of 5th street. There they located two suspects, 59 year old Randy Kobici and 5 year old Larry Seminoff were found in possession of drugs for sale. The investigation led agents to a supplier, 44 year old Matthew Arnold and his girlfriend Allison Stouts, who they located in the Burger King parking lot. They were in possession of approximately 2 ounces of suspected heroin and arrested for possession and transportation of a narcotic for sale.

Stouts was also charged with bringing a controlled substance into jail after meth was found in her bra.
