Bomb threat at Del Norte High School

CRESCENT CITY- Del Norte High School students are sent home following a bomb threat at the Crescent City campus.

School officials say the threat was sent by email Monday morning. All students and staff had left by noon while law enforcement conducted a search of the school.

The College of the Redwoods Del Norte campus was also notified since its located next to the high school.

Along with Crescent City police, the Del Norte Sheriff’s office and Crescent City Fire and Rescue also responded.

Anyone with information is asked to call crescent city police.
