HSU hosts campus and community discussion on race

ARCATA – Monday is the first day of Humboldt State University’s campus and community dialogue on race.

This week-long program is paying tribute to conversations around race, gender, equity, exclusion, and diversity. 30 workshops and film screenings are scheduled as well as discussions led by community members, facility and students. The event kicked off with their Keynote Speaker: activist, Professor and Chair of Pan-African Studies at California State University in Los Angeles, Dr. Melina Abdullah.
