Veterans host breakfast for the community

FORTUNA – This weekend Americans took some time to recognize those who have served, and some veterans in Fortuna are now continuing to serve the community in a different way.

The Fortuna Veterans Hall hosted their monthly community breakfast fundraiser on Sunday morning. The funds raised at these breakfasts go to benefit local youth groups and veterans events in the community. For these veterans serving breakfast here, nothing means more to them on this special weekend than the support they receive from their community.

To over 80 people came to get some breakfast Sunday morning, a record high for the event!
