Two drug arrests after welfare check

WILLOW CREEK – Two were arrested and two children taken into custody by Child Welfare Services during a welfare check in Willow Creek.

35 year old Terrance Reeves and 40 year old Jeremiah Ward were arrested after the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office conducted a welfare check on reeves. Officers found 2.3 ounces of methamphetamine and one meth pipe on Ward who was on searchable probation.

Over 16 pounds of processed marijuana was also found at the location, along with another meth pipe, two digital scales, and packaging material.
