McKinleyville traffic stop turns up 22 pounds of marijuana

MCKINLEYVILLE, CA. – A repeat offender is re-arrested in McKinleyville with 22 pounds of marijuana.

37-year-old David Lee Conoboy was the passenger in a vehicle with no taillights when stopped at the Central Avenue, School Road intersection Thursday night at 11PM.

The Humboldt deputy found both occupants licenses were suspended, and Conoboy had four misdemeanor warrants out for his arrest.

A search turned up 22 pounds of marijuana.

Conoboy was arrested for the misdemanor warrants, and for having more than an ounce of marijuana, and booked into the Humboldt County Jail.

The second occupant was cited for driving with a suspended license and released.
