Redway man guilty of home invasion, attempted perjury sentenced to 13 years

EUREKA, CA. – A Redway man found guilty of home invasion robbery, kidnapping, and attempting perjury, will serve thirteen years in prison.

In September of 2016, Micah Keyes-Anderson invaded a trailer home near Benbow with two others at gunpoint – stealing cash, a shotgun, a vehicle, and kidnapping a victim and leaving them in a remote location.

He was arrested later that month, still in possession of the stolen shotgun.

Later on, Keyes-Anderson was recorded in phone conversations made from the jail trying to convince his girlfriend to testify a false alibi.

Keyes-Anderson pled guilty to the crimes in October of last year, and Judge Dale Reinholtsen sentenced him Friday to thirteen years.
