Court documents reveal new charges against former correctional deputy Cory Fisher

EUREKA – News Channel 3 has learned what new charges former Humboldt County Correctional Deputy Cory Fisher, Sr. faces.
Court documents reveal five new counts. Those include one felony count of forcible oral copulation on a person under the age of 14, three misdemeanor counts of sexual battery, and one misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
The courts granted the amended complaint against Fisher Tuesday who pleaded not guilty to the new charges
Fisher is now facing a total of fourteen counts including the nine original counts of repeated sexual abuse of three boys under the age of 14.
Fisher is still housed at the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on 3 million dollars bail.
