The Humboldt Bay Rowing Association is in it’s 14^th year. It attracts youth interested in rowing from Rio Dell up to Trinidad and everywhere in between. And while the small Humboldt team competes with the likes of groups amassing up to 300 rowers, they have made a name for themselves on a national scale. Tyler Stricker has more with the Sporting Youth.
