ARCATA ., Ca (KIEM)-The 50th annual Kinetic Sculpture Race hits Humboldt yet again and this year’s 3-day championship is set to impress. Teams from all over the county and nation are here to show the power and beauty of human ingenuity. Our Dru Miller was there and will get us closer to the action.

And today is only day one of the three day event. Tomorrow at 9:30 teams with enter Humboldt Bay at the public marina followed by an up-hill and down-hill race in Loleta at 1:30. Then on Memorial Day the race will continue near Eel River and the Ferndale bridge for the big finish on main street
