Eureka., Ca (KIEM)-A city divided. As a protest against HACHR, the Humboldt Area Center for Harm Reduction, takes to the streets. Operation Safe Streets organized the protest just outside the Eureka City Hall this evening, where a petition against HACHR continued to circulate. Well over a thousand signatures were presented to eureka city council tonight, to demand reforms in how needles are distributed. we were there today to hear from each side.
