Fortuna Fire District trains volunteers to fight fire with numbers

Fortuna., Ca-With so many wild fires sparked all around us, there’s been an increase in the number of volunteers training to fight back. This morning our reporter Dru Miller met with a group of volunteers who are learning first-hand how to beat a blaze.

The Fortuna Fire District is always looking for more volunteers to sign up for the training. The only requirement, is the will to work hard. You can sign at the station located on south Fortuna blvd.
