Fortuna continues Rodeo Week celebration

Fortuna, Ca., (KIEM) Rodeo Week in Fortuna continues Saturday, as the City of Fortuna flooded Main Street for the city’s parade.

Lieutenant Matthew Eberhardt expressed that he’s been in Fortuna for the last 20 years and rodeo week consistently gets bigger and better.

“It’s a great event. It brings a ton of people out every year it seems to get bigger. It’s nice, everybody’s smiling, everybody is friendly, everyone is saying hi. I really enjoy our community here in Fortuna,” said Lieutenant Eberhardt.

This is the City of Fortuna’s 97th Annual Rodeo Week. Rodeo Week ends Sunday, July 22nd.
