FORTUNA – A Redding man is arrested in Fortuna for stealing a motorcycle. At midnght on Wednesday a sergeant with the Fortuna Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a motorcyclist that was speeding in the 700th block of South Fortuna boulevard.
