Blue Lake City Council plans to re-name local park

BLUE LAKE – Blue Lake City Council plans to re-name a park at the corner of Broderick and Chartin Streets.

The recommendation from the Parks and Recreation Commission has the city chrisiting the location: “Rodda Park. ” They would also install memorial plaques in honor of families who’ve made contributions to Blue Lake.

Members of the commission will discuss the naming of the park tomorrow night at the Blue Lake City council meeting starting at 7 in the Skinner Store Building.
