Fortuna, Ca., (KIEM) The Fortuna Fire Department honored the memory of Chief Bob Somerville in a memorial service held on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Fortuna Fire’s Main Station. Chief Bob served the Fire District for 37 years, 16 as Fire Chief, retiring in 1998. A fire procession was held prior to the service with apparatus assembling on 12^th Street at the old Fortuna Motors site.
