Arrested in Eureka for possession of cocaine, meth and paraphernalia

EUREKA, CA (KIEM)- A eureka man arrested for cocaine possession, and deputies say he already had two active arrest warrants.

46-year-old Thomas William Strader was taken into custody for suspected drug activity, and sheriff’s deputies searched his 16th street home for illegal substances. When they arrived, Strader left the house, hopping into a vehicle outside. Stopped later by deputies on D Street, the Eureka ,an was found with what authorities say was about two grams of cocaine.
At Straders home, officers allegedly seized two firearms, ammunition, body armor and several pounds of marijuana, suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
