Del Norte County Board of Supervisors to vote on cannabis ordinance

DEL NORTE COUNTY – The Del Norte County Board of Supervisors will decide on a Cannabis Ordinance at their meeting tomorrow morning.

It would establish regulations for Commercial Cannabis, and Manufacturing Activity outside and inside coastal zones. The ordinance also lifts the current ban on Retail Cannabis in the county.

After the passage of the local cannabis tax, Measure B. Del Norte Supervisors are likely to pass the Ordinance. However, First District Supervisor, Roger Gitlin, is voting no.

Del Norte Board of Supervisors meet tomorrow morning at 10 in the Flynn Center on 981 H street in Crescent City.
