Humboldt Bay Fire badges three new recruits

EUREKA – Humboldt Bay Fire is back up to full staff, as three new firefighters were welcomed onto the team in a badge pinning ceremony on Friday.

Fire Chief Sean Robertson led the ceremony, which recognized new recruits Jorge Herrera, Traci Kroll, and Michael Porter, who all graduated from the Humboldt Bay Fire Training Academy.

New volunteer community emergency response team members were also inducted on Friday. Together, they took an oath to signify their service with Humboldt Bay Fire.
